Atom HR is hiring an Accountant, part -time, for a company in Aiud.

Profile:

• Economic / Financial studies;
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting,entry data and validation – medium level;
• Fluent in English;
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilities:

• Booking accounting documents: invoices; receipts; bank statements;
• Verifying the compliance of financial documents with accounting and tax regulations;
• Ensuring that financial and accounting information is properly documented so that it can be presented to tax authorities in the event of a control;
• Preparing and updating accounting records, as well as archiving supporting documents;
• Performing internal checks and audits on financial transactions to prevent fraud and accounting errors;
• Identifying and reporting any deviations from internal financial control procedures;
• Collaborating with internal and external financial auditors, providing the information requested by them.
