Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Botoșani. As part of a multinational company, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of local and international accounting principles, and experience working in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and preparation of forecasts, budgets and strategic plannings 
• Controlling: deviation analysis, development and implementation of of corrective actions and improvement programs
• Regular reporting for internal purposes (primarily to the leadership team and to the BU management)
• Improvement of reporting processes and procedures
• Cash and Working capital management
• Close collaboration with the leadership team and coordination of key projects and commercial processes
• Opportunity to lead teams and contribute to the ramp-up and continuous development of the factory

Requirements: 

• MBA or similar
• Several years of relevant experience and a desire for continuous professional development
• Flexible generalist – professional with experience in financial controlling;
• Solid economic knowledge in a production environment;
• Highly analytical mindset combined with distinct conceptual skills
• Self-starter, authentic and engaging personality with persistence in following up on targets, projects, etc.
• Hands-on mentality, interested in start-up support and results-oriented;
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities;
• English: fluent and professional (verbal and in writing)
• Willingness to take on a long-term leadership role.
