Role Description:

We are looking for a Technical Representative, for our client a Greenfield company in Romania. It is required proven expertise in identifying technical professionals, particularly in the paints and coatings field, to support this targeted headhunting assignment.

Tasks:

• Provide expert support to customers on our range of coatings and related products.
• Advise on product selection, application techniques, and troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Develop training materials, organize workshops, and deliver technical presentations.
• Accompany sales teams on customer visits to provide technical expertise.
• Support product demonstrations, trials, and on-site evaluations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for product improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D to test new formulations and evaluate product performance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Provide recommendations for business growth and strategic positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and problem solver.
• Support quality control investigations and product inspections.
• Analyze complaints and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.

Requirments:

• Proven experience in a technical or customer-facing role within the paints, coatings.
• Strong technical knowledge of coating systems, raw materials, and application technologies.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Romania and abroad as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Salesforce and relevant software tools.
• Valid driving license.
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
